Just just bought camber kits for my 98 prelude. I chose Ingalls because its a respected name and offers good quality. The kits cost me $300 bucks shipped, brand new from GroupBuy. I had them installed and allinged for $200 bucks, a price pretty unbeatable, since the guy spent 6 hours on the install and tuning. I got part numbers #3558 for the front and #3573 for the rear. These are the exact kits you need if your drop is more than 1 inch, otherwise call Ingalls and talk to them yourself.

use Progress on the front and Ingalls on the rear if you need, if you not dropped that much you prolly wont need

well, they make quality kits, it's just that the design sucks. I would see how much adjustment you need, if the Progress camber kit will suit your needs, get it, however, if it doesn't offer enough adjustment, then go with the Ingalls. If you do get the Ingalls, you will have to shave down a corner of the 3558 kit.
