Name this plastic Cover

Another piece I found floating around by my front washer fluid bottle at the bottom of the inside the bumper by the driver side wheel well cover is the following cover (not saying that is where it belongs). It seems specifically shaped.

Anybody recognize it? Thanks guys!

Hood latch cover




It's the cover piece that fits on the front of the hood latch.

Thanks. The irony is that is the hood latch is what I was fixing and I was looking all over the driver side engine bay. A mechanic must have knocked it off years ago and never bothered to fish it out.

he beat me to the answer........... by almost 7 hours. lol. Yeah, you find all sorts of interesting things when you take the bumper off.
