I have the exact some set up

MTX 304, and MTX 500D on back seat. Cap just behind tire, and Single 12" Rockford Power DVC sub...sounds great!

500d with 1 woofer sucks unless its 2 ohms. i had the 500 d but its not bridgable for just 1 woofer. now i haver a new thunder 8302 @ 425 peak which is more than enough but i havent built the box yet

where do you work?
i get great discount otherwise i wouldnt get mtx....

Dual (4ohm) voice coils = 2ohms

BTW...love that 500D...tons of power for such a small amp. My car bumps way louder than most dual 12's, and single 15's that I've heard.
