Why don't you just start your car, then disconnect the negative on your battery and if your car still running, then I guess your alternator is good, else you need a new one.

DONT DO IT! YOU MAY SCREW UP YOOUR ECU OR ELEC SYSTEM! On older cars, you are able to do this trick, but on late model computer controlled cars, you run the risk of elec damage!
take your car to a shop that can run an elec test on your chatging system with full load on. this will tell you if your alt is charging ok or not. pardon my french, but the stfu idiot who said to disconnect your neg terminal is an oudated biyatch!

It could just be the electrical drain on the battery. Does it shake while you're moving?

Well. If you're really worried about it, take it to a dealership, or something of the sort, and have them hook it up to a VAT-40 or VAT-60, and have them perform a alternator output / voltage regulator test. They only take a few minutes (provided the tech know's what they're doing), and that should diagnose your problem, provided you have one.

Hope that helps you out.
