Mugen Kit Paint and Install

How much you guys think painting a mugen replica kit (front bumper, side skirts, valences + stock rear lip together) + my rear bumper and installing everything would cost?

I'm getting quotes from several places and curious. Im from San Jose, CA

1 meelion dollhairs....

It depends on what quality of paint job you are after. If you want it done right, I'd expect it to cost $700-$1000. If you want cheap, Maaco would probably spray it for less than half of that. Keep in mind that the replica mugen bumper will require some modification to mount it so it doesn't sag, and more modification if you want to mount fog lights in it.

It depends on what u want. I painted my car a month ago and paid 5k for a stage 3 quality job in san diego. That was full exterior, install of kit and door jams. I could have just paid 2k for a stage 2, but I noticed a big difference on looks. hope that helps.

its looks even better in person. its got a soft glitter glow when the sun reflects off of it.
I believe in "you get what you pay for" idea. Just call around your area and you'll probably notice similar prices. Research the shop that quotes at the lowest price. Look for how long they've been painting, the attitude of the owner/worker, what cars they often work on, etc etc. After that, its all roll of the dice.
