Manual Transmission Fluid - Do-it-yourself?

Is there a how-to or DIY for changing the Manual Transmission Fluid? Any on-line resources that may help me out this weekend?

I know this has been beaten to death in the past, but shold I go with Honda MTF or something like redline? Thanks for your help.

Do NOT use Redline MTF, use the Redline D4 ATF which is manual tranny compatible.

My mechanic said that the D4 MTF is the best for the Prelude tranny, my buddy swears it makes a big difference, but for me the D4 ATF only got rid of the slight 2nd gear grind on cold mornings, but apart form that I think the Honda MTF is better.
