this is so much harder though!......nd i just thought i could do it and make some extra money cause i am so god damn poor and everyone has mods and i'm still sitting here stock
Yeah like sweeping a spray can back and forth a few times is harder than measuring and cutting the plastic for these taillights! What ever!! I've done clear outs on taillights and I have painted altezzas and let me tell you, the painting is so much easier, it is just a little more time consuming because you have to wait for them to dry!

Yea taht's why u go with cheap mods! Clear turn signals for front and rear.. home-depot grills.. etc.!

i resent that statement.....
have you tried opening a set of headlights before?
.......and sealing them as well and checking to see if there are any leaks?
clearing your turn signals is much easier compared to this
Yes I have opened up headlights before, it's not that hard, I'm not trying to put you or your attempt at making money down, I'm just saying that "from experience"clearing is harder than painting.

damn really you dont need to primer the part you paint...2-3 coats is fine...you dont need 5-6 ...1 hour for each headlight is how i do it...sealing it is clean and doesnt fog up..no water or cracks...
Originally posted by ice1cube it takes me about six hours to open the headlights with heatgun + dry heat process, paint (w/ six coats of any color desired), cut away excess sealer, reapply epoxy resin sealer seal headlights w/ new epoxy resin and vacuum seal the entire system
how can you ever vacuum seal the headlights? do you leave the bulbs in?
Yes, menace is correct. The process just checks for leaks between the seal and eliminates all possibility of a fluid leak that would cause the headlight unit to have fog build up.
