more noises

i see there is already a thread with a similar topic

ill cut to the chase, when i turn sharp to the left, i hear a rather loud knocking noise coming from the right front tire, i can feel it in the steering wheel, and passengers feel it in the floorboard on their side, it only does it turn left and at a pretty sharp angle, if i do a u-turn for example

its a 1997 Prelude SH, the previous owner installed H&R Race springs under it, so it rides pretty low and as a result it hits quite a bit on the bad roads around here -.- so far i havent been able to get a good look under it yet, its a pain getting a jack under it, going to try a car lift this weekend

what should i look for?

Your CV joints are shot. You need new axles. Springs which are too low will cause early CV failure. Lowering springs + stock shocks = BAD.

in my experience with bad CV joints, i have never felt a thump in the floorboard or steering wheel, and its always a loud rapid clicking/popping noise, this is more of a "thud" noise and spaced apart evenly, as if something in the suspension is loose allowing something to slip and hit

lugnuts and all that stuff is fine, first thing we checked, because thats what it acts like

i dont know if the shocks are stock or not, probably are but i cant really et a good look at them, what is recommended to use with these type springs? i believe its 2.0" drop front and 1.8" drop rear according to the website
