Mirror Turn Signals

I have a 1998 Honda Prelude & I can't figure out how I would wire my mirrors to be turn signals. There's a blue black and white wire but where would I connect them to? Here's some pictures.

23-86 of helms has wire diagram for turn signals.

blue or white to turn signal, black to ground. dunno why you'd need a 3rd. did they have instructions?

tap into the wires at the turn signals and run it up to the mirrors.
