In the middle of OEM kit install, help please!

I can't get the license plate connector thing to come apart. Anyone help with this?

Please don't tell me not to take the bumper off, I don't have jack stands. So I can't get into the tight corners to take out two clips which are sitting under the styrofoam.

Help please.

the connector just pulls apart after pushing the small latch, you can use a little screw driver to help with the small latch mechanism on one side of the connector.

Yeah I know what you're talking about..I just used a little flathead screwdriver to get that stupid plastic screw thingy off. The rear lip is a ***** to put on..

finally done (4.5 hours, sides and rear, front was already done earlier)

I wish I had that clip remover to take out the things in the rear fender wall (not bolts) w/o that tool I couldn't take out the bumber (that's after I disconnected, partially broke) the license plate light thing). I ditched the idea of taking out the bumber, and did the work without jackstands, on my back using my neck till it felt like it was going to snap to take out clips and bolts. I finally after 4 hours got the back on.

I foolishly forgot to take off the other side of the double sided tape. So now only on side is stuck to the rear under spoiler, the other side isn't stuck to anything.

The sides took all of 10 min, and I was most impressed by thier fit and quality. The rear has minor deviations, not noticable to anyone besides me or maybe you guys if you walk up and look around it very closely.

With the tints and the body kit done, it's time to drop her.

H&R's with Konis, next venture...

Keep ya posted,

Numan
