Manual tensioner conversion 14521-P14-A00 part

Hi i have just received my manual tensioner conversion kit, after installing most of the parts i found that one part did not go anywhere? i looked over some of the instructions found on the internet and there was no mention of where 14521-P14-A00 part goes. I was wondering if anyone could help me out? thanks

I am in the process of doing this conversion today. I am having trouble finding any information about this bracket as well.

After studying it, I think that it mounts where the auto-tensioner went with the two larger through holes. You can use the same bolts that were used to mount the auto-tensioner. The smaller, threaded hole can then be used to remove tension from the timing belt while installing it. To do this you will need a small bolt that will fit these threads. It is the same thread and size bolt as on the black barb piece that the new tensioner spring mounts to.

I think what you can do is mount this bracket on the block and then install the rest of the manual tensioner kit. The unused slot on the timing belt tensioner pulley should line up with the bolt hole on the top of this bracket. When you install the belt, you can manually pull the slot down (counter clock-wise) and tighten a bolt down to hold it in place. Once you get the belt over all the gears/pulleys, you can loosen that bolt and it the spring will apply tension to the belt.
