As stated above, realign your bumper. I dont understand if you want help on how to remove the bumper or what? whats the point of posting this?

^exactly why we are going off topic, because what is the point of this post?? i would provide some insight if there was a pic. i think that he could have a broken tab or do the spacer method to fix the bumper
