Lude brothers, Please share your knowledge about my situation

Hey guys, this is merlin again

ugh... I hope this won't be too long of a story, but I would like to share what's going on 1-by-1 with videos accompanying them.

1.

First bought the car during the end of August,
Got a cheap private mechanic figure what the job was:
Here's the following things I did
got a new front windshield, manual tranmission flush change,
Replaced front left axle shaft due to half-torn out rubber,
Replaced 2 sway bars,
Replaced serpentine drive belt and alternator belt
(for some reason, the previous owner put in thinner belts..?)
Later on
The next day, got a sound coming in..

Literally, I can't even do anything about it..

2. Cheap mechanic suggested the sound was coming from a bad ps-pump,
so I managed to get my first ps pump, finding out it didn't fit.
(mine's a 97, and the other one was like a 99-01?)

Got the second one in a rush... and I still get the same sound...

Here are some posts that I'm adding to show what's going on.

1. Sometimes, the Lude is totally normal as the following video.
But for some reason, when I actually make turns in an unknown angle,
I get the sound from the first video uploaded.

2. So I was hoping to catch the sound later in the evening.
And then I got the mysterious slow start issue going on.

3. Hoping to get rid of the ps-pump sound that happens spontaneously,
learned how to do the ps-fluid flush, got some OEM fluid+Lucas oil conditioner, sounded fine for at least half the day, came back to ground zero again....................................

Later at 3am, studying at iHop and getting ready to go home,
I meet the same issue from no.2, constantly putting the keys on ignition,
maybe for the longest time, trying to squeeze out the car
And,
I get a yellow ENGINE CHECK light.
Totally freaking out, I did the OBDII test today and got the P1359 error
(CKP/TDC sensor connector disconnection?)
One of my mechanic friends in GA recommended resetting the whole battery,
which I did (took me 1 hour ...being a car noob)

Mildly testing out the car for a short 2-mile drive, I get the same sound
again... here's the last vid.

Basically, 2~3 issues
1.
PS-pump sound or? leaking ps-reservoir and bad hose?
I did see the ps-reservoir area being damp, and some scratches on hose.

2. Hoping the slow start issue will be gone after my own reinforcement of the battery wires (Don't know.. I did feel less power, less gas mileage...)

3. Is this car way over my head? The car body has about 220,000 miles
and the engine has 160,000, and has a salvaged title.

DID I MAKE THE WORST CHOICE CHOOSING A BAD PRELUDE?....

Oh, and if anybody is selling an extra flawless ps-reservoir and hose..

I just read about this on one of the other forums you posted it on - check back over there and go through the suggestions those guys already gave you first.
