Lowering springs preblems

Wassup everyone. Recently i just installed what i thought would be my full suspension but i have a problem now. I had installed tolico illumina shocks, suspension techniques sways (f & r), strut tower bars, and a dc sports lower tie bar. My first problem is after the shocks and springs were installed my front doesn't lower. i initially had the fron half way and my car was higher then stock. my rears were half way and it was lower then the front. i droped the front all the way down and still the same ride height. as far as i know the front springs and the rear springs were the same height so the mechanic said there was no difference in putting the fronts in the rear and vice versa. so im wondering if there was a possibility that something got mixed up. Well thats the first thing. I got ground control springs and i'm not happy with the ride right now when i go over bumps it feels like the car is floating. So im wondering if there's a fix or should i just swap out for regular lowering springs. If i swap out for regular lower springs what should i get im looking at the nuespeeds sports (1.75 front, 1.5 rear). . Secondly the spoon front strut bar doesn't fit on the front. On the passenger side shock tower it looks like the cruise control is in the way. any suggestions on that (and no i don't wanna take my cruise control out). Thanks.

Is there a possibility that you installed your shocks in reverse?

The springs are specific for front and rear... even if they are stock.

I'm pretty sure the front springs are a bit shorter than the rear springs, and have more "dead" coils on them as well.

Sounds like he got the springs mixed up.

So even though they look the same i should swap the rears for the front and the front for the rear. Or what about the coil part (The piece that ou turn up and down). thanx.

Put the longer, stiffer springs in back. Make sure that the "pigtail" is down and seats on the fork so it won't turn. the "flat" end goes up. Make sure it seats up in the spring cap properly.
