License plate bolts

This might be a dumb question, but here goes.

I'm going to put my front license plate back on my car (It's illegal to run without one in WI and I don't feel like paying the $140 ticket if I get caught). I bought the car without the front plate bolts.

Does anyone know what size bolt (with thread pitch, etc), that I need to get? I figured I'd just go to the hardware store and pick some up.

Thanks.

I'd rather not go on eBay for two bolts, unless I'd need some sort of frame/tray to hold the plate onto the bumper. Is there a frame/tray that attaches to the bumper, or does the plate just screw in to the holes?

There is a frame.... I have it and don't want it. Has the bolts and everything. PM me if you want it...... I live in Canada though, shipping might not be worth it. I will let it go for $9,265 obo.

Canadian....... I'm not a crook....... that comes to about $20 US obo

The bolts for the back are just 10 mm 3/4" bolts. Not sure the thread pattern though..... I can check what the fronts are when I get home. You could just buy the bolts from Honda though...... you prob would be looking at $9,265 US!!!!!

Do you accept returnable beer bottles as payment?

Thanks for the link JDM H22A4, but I'm looking for the OEM unit. I've got the part numbers and it should cost me about $19 from the dealer.

Sure...... shipping is on you?

I would offer a better price, but even at 2$ with shipping it is probably not worth it for you (or the hassle for me). I am supprised it is only $20 from Honda when the mudflaps are over $100 CAN, and the inner door moisture barrier is $25 US for a piece of poly.

Have fun with the new pl8.

Just go to your honda dealership, and they have a whole bracket kit for it. That way you won't drill holes in your bumper!
