KYB AGX Shocks

Anyone have KYB AGX shocks on eibach prokits? I have a 2001 Type SH and I was wondering if this would be a good setup?

Thanks for the advice

Personally from what i heard Eibach springs r a little too bouncy so i ordered neuspeed sports I would get neuspeed, progress, or h&r over eibach just from stories but that is just my opinion.

Are u asking b/c of the groupbuy deal

I've already purchased Eibach Pro-kits and I am stuck with them. I've had them in the past on my previous 99 base model lude.

How much could I get KYB AGX for and where is a good reliable online website that sells them for a fairly decent price?

Also, how is the quality of the ride with these shocks on Eibach Prokits? What else do you guys recommend besides koni?

PREYLUDE - I have the Eibach Prokits with Tokico Blues and it works just great......

I don't notice/experience any bounciness at all and cornering/twisting/turning either slow or fast is just ooooooohhhhh sooooooooo

And I do occasionally make sharp turns if given the chance so I would say u'd have no problems with them......

However, I am waiting for a really, I mean really good deal on some Koni Yellows to come along...... Until then I think u'll be happy with the Prokits......

latez........

Any spring is bouncy, even the progressive spring rates of neuspeeds, progressive, h & r... The way you get rid of bounciness is to control the rebound or dampen the spring. That is the reason for having shocks aka struts. A quality set of shocks will work wonders for the suspension in controlling "bounciness". I have heard of people who are happy with the AGX, but I would recomend getting an adjustable set like Tokico or the high quality and durable Koni Yellows.

Are the Tokico blues adjustable? Do they work fine with the SH model? Anyone know why I cant get Koni yellows and use them on the prokits?

The KYB's are 6 way adjustable. I ordered mine a couple of days ago. I'll install next weekend if your willing to wait for reviews. But I have H&R springs.

6 WAY? Mine is 4 way, front and back!!

In any case I'm satisfied w/my AGX's, nice firm ride, but not overbearing in any way. I set them on 2 for daily driving, and firm them up to 4 for track, auto-X!

IMO it is well worth the $$ to get adj. shocks rather than non-adj ones, I have not liked one set of non-adj shocks besides the Bilstein(no longer available), those were self-adjusting!!

is anyone running the kyb's with nuespeed race springs or a 2" or lower drop? I know it supposedly voids the warranty, but i still want to know how it holds up.

From who?? Yeah it was on ebay as a dutch auction.
Did you recieve them already? I was kinda hesitant to order since they were so cheap, , but ordered anyway ( they seem very professiona) and paid by credit so if I dont get them I can always dispute the charge.

I didn't even pay for them yet. They weren't that cheap only
$30 less than the ones on groupbuycenter.
It will take 3 days for me.
Let me know if something goes wrong.
Then i won't pay
