There are basically 2 visible differences. The first is that the regular Koni has only 2 grooves in front and 3 for the rear-but the Neuspeed version has 5 on all 4. The second difference is that the Neuspeed has had the shaft machined so that it is shorter, putting the piston in a different internal position to match the difference in spring height. Either shock works great with the Neuspeed Sport springs. Remember to follow the Neuspeed recommendation for cutting the bumpstops. (Did you know that Honda wants about $15 each for these)
The ride either way is very predictable (I have the Koni version) and appearance of the car is very nice (setup dated 12/10/01 on Hondaprelude.com).
