knock?

I hear a slight knock(once) everytime I start to move forward from a complete stop. sometimes knocking sound comes from the bottom front(mostly) and sometimes the same knock at the bottom rear. (seems like it was there b4 and dissappeared for a while and it's back again)
It kinda feels like the car is strechting as though it is yawning
does anyone know what's up!!
thnx

mine does it too.. but only when it's cold. Not sure what it is but doesn't seem to be harming anything.

yes I do use 91+octane, mostly 92!
but it does not seem like it's coming from the engine...cuz I do sometimes here it from the backside(sounds more like chasis twisting!)
