The 3 bolts at the collector won't stay tight!!! The local shop who put the header on has had to re-tighten them 3 times and they said they have never seen a header that keeps rattling itself loose. Any suggestions as how to keep these three bolts tight? Is there a special high-temp thread locker out there?
Yeah man, I'm in the same boat. Been putting up with it for two years now and it's getting really annoying!! I'll try those locking bolts too before I put my stock header back on.
No i got mine to stay. here is how you do it. Go get longer bolts and 6 (yes 6) nuts, no washers, from hardware store. Tighten the nut and bolt together very tight, then take the second nut and torque it hard against the first nut. Not torque both, but litterally tighten the one against the other. Do this for all of them.

WOW 6!! I did this with only 2 bolts and I put a gob of jb weld on the ends.. needless to say, it didn't work.
