It is probably a little wax buildup or glue residue. Try either bug and tar remover or some dishwashing liquid. You will have to rewax that area later.
whatever you use, dont let it sit on there long or it will do some damage to your clear coat. getting the residue off that is under the "prelude" letters is a pain. what i found to work the best is some of that cleaner that has orange peel in it. just spray it on, let it soak a few seconds, and wipe it of, then wipe it again right away with fresh water. keep doing this until its so fresh and so clean... clean...

You know what you use? REGULAR WAX that you would use to wax your car with! Don't use any of those goo gone or Tar remover ****.
I used to work as a Automotive Detailer for Lexus, we remove stuff like that all the time using regular wax, it will take it right off. Just apply it in a circular movement around the area and the residue will come right off

Get some Goo Gone. That stuff does wonder with bugs, tar, or any type of build up and residue. They're made from natural orange concentration so dont worry about damaging your paint. BTW, Ng Luder at the detailer's corner forum highly recommanded.
