Just Got TEIN HA's ((question))

ok #1 can anyone read these instructions or know where an english version may be ?? and 2 I thought they had some kind of knob you used to select the level etc......mine has just the silver metal disc that spins up or down ?? if this is it any good tips on how to adjust them so you can get them all even ?!? thanks guyz. I also think i may be missing some parts to the kit.......i dont see helper springs or the hook spanners.....

dude the helper springs are under the shocks in the box, you have to pull out the seperator for the shocks and its under that, the regular springs comes in its own box the helpers comes in same box as shocks. As for tenstion tool you should have a little green knob and as for the instructions that F-ucked me up as well so im feeling ya on that
