just wondernig if there are any aftermarket foglights that are like same size so it can fill the gap under the signal lights like the JDM foglights

Why would you want TDM fogs (Tiawan domestic market) I dont think these even exist, or else more people would have them. Even if they did exist they would probably break in like a month, and were made by 9 year old child labourers. Jusd get REAL JDM FOGS!
