JDM fogs question

hey sup guyz. recently i got sum JDM fogs and im tring to match the bulbs with my head lights PIAA SUPER PLAZMA..i know that the stock JDM bulbs are h3c.. i wanted to convert them to h4..is that pretty hard to do. can any of u guyz get me a instructions that tell me step by step or a LINK.

as far as I know you can only convert them to h3, not h4

add a ground wire to it... Do a search..i saw a post in the past...even with instructions...i'll post it once i find it...
