JDM Fogs (Anti-Theft)

just wondering how easy it is to steal jdm fogs. i mean if its as easy as a screw like the turning signals...thats bad. don't worry...i'm not gonna go off stealing jdm fogs. i already ordered mine. what could i do to make them not easily stolen? use a hex screw?

liar

I know some people use hex (or whatever it's called) screws to prevent the fogs from being taken...so yeah you can go ahead and try that.

When i put mine in I used a locking nut on the back of the light along with loc-tite. They're not going anywhere.

I used VERY long screws with locking nuts. It'll take someone so long to take them out they better be doing it with nobody around. The down fall is when a bulb goes it'll take me that long too.

ya .. old topic, but what I think ....

anyone that would steal them would own a prelude. not many luders are theives.

I've had mine for 3 years .... no problems ... no tampering.

That is true that not many Luders are thieves but there are some out there and they do exist. Just that the JDM foglights are kinda hard to steal and not many people really know about them. Also Its an item that isn't interchangable like other parts on Honda vehicles. JDM foglights only fit on one car and thats the 5th Gen Prelude So we don't have to worry as much. I worry more about getting my emblems and stuff stolen then my JDM.
