JDM fogs....

I bought some JDM foglights, nothing special just clear with halogen H3 bulbs. I was looking to convert my headlights to HID's but I dont understand if these fogs are HID or not (because I wanna get the same color for the headlights if they are). So are they just the normal orangish color or what? And if they are then would they still look good with like 6000k headlights?

Halogens are halogens, not HID. Are they normal orange color? That depends on what kind of h3 bulbs you have. Will they look good? To some people yes to some no.

H3 is a bulb size (H1 is the size for our headlights), but for authentic JDM fog lights, they use H3C bulbs. I have 6000k HID headlights with stock halogen bulbs in my fogs and they look very nice.

If you want to match your headlights and fog lights, you could just get a 6000k HID kit for both of them. Just make sure that you use an external relay harness so you won't draw too much power and blow some fuses.

A bit confused, you want to convert them so they're like the 6,000k?

Where could you get the 6000k HID kit for both of them? And would it come with the external relay harness?
