At 25k, mine were NASTY. Then again, I did a lot of autocrossing, so I was in a relatively dusty environment. I'm also in TX, Allergy Country.

If you've ever opened up a set of coils from inside a car, you'll know why they are there. Ever wonder why Hondas smell so musty after about 80 or 100k miles (8 or 10 years)? It's all that **** growing in the AC. These filters will help prevent that, by keeping the coils clean. It will also help keep the system efficient.

I just wish I could retrofit them to my other cars!
