Are the kits that are available now just plug and play?

or do they require any modification to the headlamp to make them fit?

i remember a long time ago that ppl had to drill out the hole for the bulbs to fit, and bending the dome so that it would not hit..

The Philips HID system claims to be plug and play with no mods needed to install. Not sure about any others.

Need somemember who hve K2 on their lude tellus man. I think that K2 is plug and play too. Also that phrase plug and play is it just plug in or you have to fixthe headlight a little

you will have HID w/ a plug n play system, BUT... you will have a crap beam pattern. And more than likely it will blind other drivers....
