Installation of DC Lower Tie Bar

sup guys, one simple question:
do i have to take out the stock sway bar to put the DC Lower Tie Bar on??? if so, should i wait on putting on the tie bar when i get my rear sway or does the tie bar has a different mount on the car than the rear sway??
