inner ceiling lining inside the car

does anyone know how to remove the inner lining of the ceiling of the car? like where the sunroo cover thing goes when you slide it bak? everytime blast my system, my subs makes alot of things rattle...i fixed most of the incabin rattling except for the ceilng and its really bugging me...anybody got an idea how to remove the piece? i know i should just get dynomat but i'd rather save my money on sum performance parts...

Take out the subs. If you want to take out the headliner, buy the Helm manual (http://www.helminc.com).

I'm supposed to be studying for a microbiology test, but here goes...

first take off ONE of the a pillar molding pieces. take off your visors, your dome light panel, and your rearview mirror. pull the molding off from the sunroof. there is a plastic button on the roof, you will see it, turn it 90 degrees. slide the whole roof forwards towards the windshield. bring it out a door. dont' bend it.

That's all I can think of from memory. You MAY have to take off more inner molding if you can't get the a pillar/door molding off.

I know this because i am dynamatting the roof of my car right now. and yes, i got this information from my helm's manual.
