300 bucks? were did you find that at. i have the weapon r dragon. its slow off the start, but once i hit vtec, it flys.

There are 2 different kinds of intakes:

Cold Air Intake (CAI)
Short Ram Intake

The short ram will not gain any some hp if any at all. The CAI will gain a lot more. the pic u have us is the short ram and i am pretty sure the 'racedivision' in the CAI. It should go down into the whole and near the wheel instead of just the engine compartment. Show me a pic if u stil don't know, but i wouldn't pay $300 for a intake

If you really want to be different be the first to try the Weapon R cold box.
Short Ram + aluminum cold box. Tell us if it sucks.

i have them both

i have a aem cold air and a injen short ram.........ithe injen intake starts out a 3" then gos to 2.27" when i had the aem it was good and when i put on the injen it was better........the cold air is better befor vtec the short ram is better during vtec.....i would go with injen........
