I need help diagnosing a CheckEngineLight

I don't have a Helms manual, but I have an accord manual with some
obd2 check engine light codes. So far, out of all the codes that
have been chucked, I have been able to read and diagnose them with
the accord list. But, there is one code that I can't figure out.it's not listed in my accord book. Can anyone tell me what 3 fast blinks read?
Everytime this code pops up, my engine runs VERY rich and it bogs like
hell until I get the RPMs up past 3500.Ive pulled the radio/ecu fuse out several times to clear the memory and it works and the engine runs fine and dandy, but only for a moment...then the code pops back up and my engine bogs all over again.
thanks in advance!

My OBDII chart says something about the Mass Airflow.

My guess would also be the airflow sensor on the throttle body. I had simillar problems on my old integra, and it stemmed from a blown MAS (mass airflow sensor).
