I have a Throttle Response Question.

When I double-clutch downshift in my car the rev blips are very hesitant to climb up and higher rpm shifts require two prods of the throttle which eats up precious time. Is there any way to make this rev quicker when in neutral? Could a Honda dealer do it?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
