1.) dunno

3.) generally $250 used (from what I've seen on ebay) $450 + new from japan (taxes, S/H, etc. extra)

Heh we get the 1.6EL/1.7EL cause Honda Canada discontinued the 4dr Teg. So instead they subsituted it w/ the EL. The reason why the US gets all those fancy options on the Civic is because in Canada we have the EL. If we gave all those options on the Civic who would still want the EL? Thats why the EL has the high end stuff that the Teg got.

Gioe: u serious man? I never seen it before? Maybe I have not looked hard enough. But I swear we don't get it. In my friends Stang GT shes got this sweet ass glow in the dark handle LOL!
wheres mine? hehe...

Yup. I got one. Take another look in your trunk. It's black, positioned in the middle somewhere.

I'm not sure I could ever own a car without but warmers again. I'm totally spoiled now!

As for the install, you'll need:

-seat covers (with foam etc.)
-switches (and possibly door panels to go with them)
-wiring harness

I don't know how similar the harness is, but I would imagine the US harness is not setup for seat warmers. If it was there would be an extra wire under each seat.

aah I love my seat warmers and heated mirrors! oh, and you guys down in the U.S. don't have Daytime Running Lights (DRL) right? whenever I drive across the border I always see people high-beaming me to tell me my headlights are on during the day~ hahaha oh well, you guys aren't missing much on that one.

Canadian Ludes

We also have on our 2001 SE preludes:
1. Leather wrapped steering wheel.
2. Leather wrapped shift knob (5 speed)
3. carbon-fibre looking dash
4. A 4.5 liter reservoir for windshield washer fluild... The US model only has a 2.0 litre (or 2.5 litre) reservoir.

Do you guys in the US have those too? Yeah, the leather seats are nice. The heated mirrors really come in handy.

we need the heated side mirrors cuz they can get really hard to use since we have to park in igloos

plus turbos in canada consist of a pair of sled dogs tied to the side mirrors so after we're parked they can snuggle up to them

Go Canadian Hockey!

Long live warm asses!
