Thanks

How much improvement will I be gaining in power?

Will I notice a BIG difference in torque?

Will my car pull harder?

None at all? Will I/E/H decrease power?

What will give it some power? Besides Turbo/SuperCharger
How about AEM pulleys or Racing Clutches? Any other stuff that would enhance performance or power at the wheels?

I/E/H will not decrease your power. It helps a little, but not by much. Pullies will help your take off, but thats about it. A racing clutch is just going to grab your gears better than your stock one, and you're beable to get 3rd, sometimes 4th, and rarely a 5th gear scratch depending on the surface of the road...

You're going to need n20 or some type of FI to really get any gains that you would consider huge...unless you can take the daunting task of spending even more money and going NA as some of our respected members have done...

In that case...

I/H/E
Cams
Cam Gears
VAFC
Port and Polish
Head work
New Clutch and Flywheel
New ECU
Pistons
Throttle Body
Etc...

either way, I hope you have money coming out of your ass because any direction you choose to go will inevitably result in spending lots and lots of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

I'm not saying not to spend money on i/h/e and whatever else, I'm just saying that you shouldn't expect too much when it comes to such basic mods...to really get some gains you gotta go all out in one direction or another...
