How is the Wings West Aggressor bumper mounted?

I just got my new Wings West Aggressor II front bumper and since I have a Mugen bumper now which is custom mounted, I just need to know how the Aggressor II is mounted and where the holes are. My bodyshop is going to mount it, but it would be easier if I knew which screws, bolts or clips are used to hold the bumper in so that I could explain it better to my shop. I want to mount the bumper so that its sturdy but at the same time could be taken off in about 5 minutes in case I need to get my oil changed or to get up on a lift. My car is too low to clear the lifts, so I often need to take off my bumper. Thanks guys...

~Alex
