How/what in the.... (Pictures to prove it)

I was waxing my car today and came across these two areas where the paint seems to be coming off! Does anyone have any idea how or why this would happen? And is something like this covered under my warranty? It's hard to make out, but they aren't rock nicks, it looks like the paint is just coming off.

No, I've never removed my bumper, I have no idea how they appeared. Is this something I should just touch up w/ touch-up paint or should I bring it to the dealer? I was thinking it was some type of design flaw and the paint is scraped over and over everytime you go around a curve or something?!?!

That reminds me of my headlights -- there is visible red paint underneath them. My conclusion? The bumper has been repainted before selling it to you as I'm sure mine was at the time.
