i bought the dc sports upper front strut bar, upper rear strut bar, lower rear strut bar, and kyb agx shocks. There's a lift on base that i can use but they charge buy the hour. How long would it take to install all this and do an oil change assuming that i have all the tools needed including pneumatic tools?

The three strut bars you can do on your own...especially the upper strut bars. As for the KYBs, if you're not comfortable about doing that yourself, most places will charge $40-50+/hour.

Install of the struts alone would take 1-2 hours.
