How hard is it to install strut/shock

I got my H&R springs done by a shop and they finished it in an hour. This makes me wonder if it's not hard, I rather try it out myself and find out how it works than letting strangers touching my cars again.

Any DIY page to help me walk-through it? or do you guys think this is a job that should be left to the professionals down at shops?

its easy, but it took me awhile to do it on my gsr, took me a good 4 hours to instal my springs and shocks...all u need is the right tools...its pretty much straight forward, u can see waht to do once u take off ur tires...make sure u get the breaker bar to loosen the damn bolts...

to the breaker bar, I wouldn't be anywhere w/o that tool!! bolts were on sooo tight I used to break sockects and ratchets... till I bought my "BREAKER" BAR...

As far as the shocks & springs install it isn't an easy job to do by yourself....

i thought it was hard too... took me like 3 hours to figure out how to do ONE SIDE...but once i figured it out.. haha it took like 2.5 hours to finish the rest. just go to auto shops and rent the tool... they have all the tools you need borrow it for $5 for 24 hour period and VOUA LA~
