How do you tell what model your 5th gen is

I've done a bit of digging, ad theres not really a list anywhere, im wondering what model my 5th gen prelude is kuz heres a good 5or 6 out there. I'd really like a list including type S, Si, SiR, SH, Vti, VTi-s, Vti-R, ATTS. If you could quote any from a site, or you have an awesome knowledge of the 5th gens, then i would love to see it ae.
