When I bought the Tanabe DTM for my SH a couple years ago, they only made it for the base model (do they make Tanabe for SH's now?) So I took it to a muffler shop and had it custom fit. I couldn't see exactly what they did, but it looks like they took the base piping, cut off a couple inches of piping after the cat, welded the piping back together to the flange, and then installed.
