How can I fit NSX calipers to my Prelude?

Hey. I saw a nice '91 Integra workhorse today with 16" rims and what looked like plain jane NSX brakes. Pretty nice.

Is there a webpage somewhere that details how to fit on NSX calipers to a late model Prelude?

Also, can I continue to use my factory rims?

Thanks,

Craig

the nsx brake rotors are larger in thickness, so you'll need some old pads to use as spacers.. other than that, they bolt right up the VTEC's caliper brackets.

Bolt-on sounds good

But it takes a _whole pad_ to fill the gap??

So how would this work, exactly? I save a pair of worn brake pads and slide them right behind the new ones when they're bolted on?

If you have a 5th Gen don't bother getting the VTEC rotors. Buy a set of Legend GS rotors (stock or other brand, I had purcahsed some Brembos) and use those. Those have the correct offset and you need not use a spacer. The entire install is completely bolt on. Dillon purchased them off me and he loves them (from what he's told me)

I don't know if you searched this topic, but there have been a few people on PO who've done the swap, and all-in-all, they said it wasn't too hard. You need a shim, though, and I don't remember all of the other details, but it's not TOO difficult.
