Horn & SRS light

Installed my quick release, now im wondering how to make the SRS light go away as well as make my horn work. I know people said use resistors for the SRS and use some sort of wire for the horn. But if anyone can help me or show me links i would appreciate it. Thanks Preludeonline !

Turn the car off, and if you look under your dash where all the wires are, you will see a YELLOW two pronged connector. Un plug this, put a wire or paper clip in one side (connector) and the other side of the wire or paper clip in the other (shorting it out) Then turn the car to II not on, when you see the light go on, un-short it, then you will see it go on agian, then short it, then wait 4 seconds, then un short it. It will blink twice and then BAM srs memory erased

SRS light, no power on steering wheel

I could take some pics of my set up, it's a paper clip attached to the column cover and bent so that it stays in contact with the back of the hub. I'm using the hub itself as the hot side as you should see 1 wire inside where the horn button is. Then I have a wire butt connected to the paperclip running to the srs harness but a 5g may be different so you'll have to look up which wire is the horn.

Can you guys help me with this?

I want to wire my horn to my aftermarket wheel
Here is my setup
<a target='_blank' title='ImageShack - Image And Video Hosting' href='http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/835/fullsetr.jpg/'><img src='http://img835.imageshack.us/img835/6401/fullsetr.jpg' border='0'/></a>

I know that the wire from the harness needs to stay in contact with this, I'm good on this
<a target='_blank' title='ImageShack - Image And Video Hosting' href='http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/831/iknowhowtowirethat.jpg/'><img src='http://img831.imageshack.us/img831/1412/iknowhowtowirethat.jpg' border='0'/></a>

But this ring on the removable hub part needs to contact that positive terminal on my wheel button correct?
<a target='_blank' title='ImageShack - Image And Video Hosting' href='http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/828/wheelbuttontoremovablee.jpg/'><img src='http://img828.imageshack.us/img828/1102/wheelbuttontoremovablee.jpg' border='0'/></a>

Then how do i make a solid connection between the removable part stuck to the steering wheel, and the fixed ballbearing hold on the hub? Is there a connection by contact? The fixed hub (male) has two little springs with phillips screws in them
<a target='_blank' title='ImageShack - Image And Video Hosting' href='http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/638/removableendofhubtofixe.jpg/'><img src='http://img638.imageshack.us/img638/3479/removableendofhubtofixe.jpg' border='0'/></a>

these are the two hubs, one fixed with splines and the other removable which has two wires.
HELP ME WIRE THIS
