ABS plastic, I'm sure.

You could ask Honda, but to my knowledge it's more cost effective to use injection molded plastics than to go to the trouble of making fiberglass body parts. Corvettes are still fitted with fiberglass shells, but it's not a completely automated process even today, hence the added cost of using fiberglass for something simple like a spoiler.

The optional body effects Honda sells (*ahem* sold...) are all ABS plastic, so the spoiler being of the same material would make sense.

Yeah, thats what I was thinking. There was a guy that was selling a spoiler on ebay, and said it was made out of Fiberglass, and also said that he sells to Honda dealers.
I talked to Cementups about it, and he said that Honda spoilers are made of plastic, so I went and told the guy that, and he said:
"90 % of our spoilers, specially for all the popular recent models, they are made of ABS blow molded plastic and the lesser popular models are made of fiberglass, i should change my add."

So I wanted to make sure and ask you guys, because the price is really good...

It might well be one of those "OEM style" spoilers
