high flow cat?

i have decided to take the cut out off of my car and install a cat back (thermal) and a high flow cat (going to get a damn ticket). what is a good cat to go with? running a dc header now though i need a lower half now ,cut out installed on the one i have now. any turbo guys out there have an old dc out there they want to sell? have not priced the thermal yet, anyone out there have a good price on one?

i JUST recently installed my 2.5" magnaflow carsound cat and it SHOULD pass emissions as well. my friend with a gsr has jdm itr headers, 2.25 carsound cat and apexi n1 exhast and he passes emmisions. os if ure worried, just get the carsound to be safe.

i LOVE my new setup! wootwoot

if you want to wait a month or so, i am going to have my thermal for sale prolly for around $350 (it's for an SH, but since you'd have to get the cat installed, you could modify the exhaust to fit) i also have a brand new 2.25in carsound cat (no flanges) that i'd be willing to part with for $50. the ONLY reason i am selling the exhaust is because i got a hytech header and am getting a 2.5in custom exhaust made soon. other than that, i <3 my thermal

sounds good

so how much fabbing to the exaust will I need to do? what is different from the sh to the base? i am not so worried about the emisions.....they are not real tight on it in southern va. i would be real interested in the exaust though depending on the amount of work it would take to make it fit. i have a lift at my grandads and a mig so it wouldn't be a problem....................i just don't want something that looks like i threw it together after a case of beer when i'm done. i have heard that random tech makes a damn good after market cat.........anyone had any luck with one of these?
