HID Fog lights and ABS light comes on??

Yesterday i installed HID H3s and they worked perfectly fine. i drove home from my friend's shop, and they just lit up the road like it was day. anyhow, when i left my house to go out again, my ABS light for some reason came on and my fogs didnt work. the light on my switch would be illuminated but the fogs themselves wouldnt be on. is tehre any relation between these two problems?

thanks

duh, foudn the problem.. i took my car in to get my valves adjusted and asked them to look into my abs while they were at it... they found two blown fuses and thught my ABS relay was shot. it's about $100 brand new btw=\

anyhow, i went home.. took a look at it, and there was another fuse under my dash that was blown which they didnt catch. turns out when i got my jdm fogs installed, they used my ABS' fuse..!!! so now my fogs are running on an independant fuse, and are wokring fine. replaced my other abs fuse and the lights off and they work fine as well...
