It is for the OEM security system options harness.
The harness allows you to attach a hood switch and an external siren.
Good luck finding them because they are all discontinued.
I bought the LAST harness and hood switch in the US. I am going to buy a siren for a 99 CR-V, since I cannot get a Prelude one. The horn is so whimpy sounding.
