Help ... steelies stuck!!

Because we are having some welcome good weather for a few days, I was going to remove my snow tires and steelies and try out my new set of aftermarket wheels and tires. I couldn't even get off the driver side front wheel, seems to be stuck. What should I do to get it off without damaging anything? Thanks for your help ... please post constructive comments only.

just take a hammer and hit the tire. Or just kick the damn tire. It'll come off.

Are you sure it wont hurt anything? I mean it is stuck on the hub.
I am assuming you want me to hit the tire from the inside?

it shouldn't hurt anything so long as your jack is positioned so that it doesn't fall whenever you kick it.. make sure you are on a level plan if you are using the factory honda jack it would help because it might fall on if you are on an incline... know someone it happened to.. but if you just kick the wheel so that it comes loose it shouldn't hurt anything whatsoever...

it probably has rusted a little to the hub. just kick the sidewall of the tire a few time and it should come off. you do have the car jacked up, right

yup kick it and it should come off..you might have to use a good amount of power but it should break loose...

how big are the rims? one time me and my friend put a rim on his civic and it ended up the rim's inner size was too small and actually got stuck on the brakes...
