Help with rear lower tie bar install

Ok from this thread...
rear tie bar installation problem

It appears my bolt is seized in the metal collar in the bushing itself. The back of the bolt will move in conjunction with the head but it springs back in place and there's ALOT of resistance to it. We stopped in fear of something giving way, any suggestion on the best way to get the bolt out?

Hmmm, not even some suggestions? What happens if I just get a shop to try to get it out, is destroying the bushing a possibility? I didnt notice any replacements available for that bushing so I'm slightly worried about having it zipped out with air tools.

I had one on the 5th gen wreck I pulled apart, that I never could get freed up. I used PB Blaster, mild heat, impact--over and over again, but nothing helped. The damn rubber gives just enough to limit the effectiveness of everything I tried.

Have you tried lubing it with silicon spray or something right between the bolt and the rubber part it's caught on? Just an idea, but I think reducing that friction could help.
