Help: Next Step for NA

i would like to know what mods i should do next to my car which has an NA setup in order for me to get more power.
My current mods are:
Jun cams
Jun titanium retainers and Valve springs
Mugen exhaust
Mugen Extractors
Heads ported and matched
Spoon sports head gasket
Skunk 2 cam gears
tein HA

I got my car dynoed and it was producing 189.1hp at the wheels.

I was thinking of getting some Type S pistons .25mm over, jun conrods, Apexi power fc or motec computer, and an LSD or quife.
I want to be able to reach at least 200Hp.

Cheers

Pistons would be my next step in your posistion.
Maybe a larger radiator, lighter rods, light weight flywheel, and thats all I can think of at the moment.

maybe complete the top half and get the skunk 2 manifold and a bigger throttle body.

then shoot for the type s pistons.

I was also thinking of getting a larger throttle body but i can't seem to find anyone in australia that sells them. I heard the integra type R throttle body is a perfect fit on the prelude but i'm not sure how reliable my source was.
And from what i'm seeing from the replies, is a computer a no go?
Also what is the RON level of the fuel you use in america cos here i am using 98RON fuel.

ITR TB should fit good....
you might be able to lighten the crank as well. I nevered tried it but I'm guessing the throttle response may cause the car to drive kinda jerky with this mod.

RON is just the same i think in Australia, so like 98 RON is 98 octane.

And does anyone know what the standard bore size for the prelude throttle body?

Why don't you get a Hondata or AEM EMS system and dyno tune what you have? I'm sure you could get more power out of proper tuning.

But, if you want to get more stuff, and I'm assuming you have an AEM intake (or something equivalent) get a larger bored ITR throttle body and wait for the Skunk2 intake manifold to arrive on the scene.

Stock TB is 60mm. I have a ITR TB done at AJ Racing in BC. Like the Spoon Sports one but a lot cheaper! 70mm intake side, 62.25mm on manifold side.

If you want to crack open the bottom end, get higher CR pistons something like JE's 11.5:1 and better rods.

The Quaife was one of my favorite mods. Absolutely fantastic!

Is the Spoon Sports head gasket still readily available for the H22? I might get one of these... Any reviews on them?

And i'm not sure if they are still available or about any reviews on them. Looking at your setup on hondaprelude.com your car seems pretty damn hardcore.
do u ever drive it for everyday use and what kinda 1/4 mile times are u pulling?

the Spoon 2pc head gasket is discontinued. YOu'll have to find a supplier that has it in stock to buy it if you want it.

http://www.jepistons.com/ is the website but it seems to be under construction right now. But you can check them out at the Crower site. http://www.crower.com

Don't know any times -- never ran a 1/4 mile...

Can anybody get that Spoon head gasket or know of another brand? I thought Cometic made an H22 option -- anyone ever heard of them or use one?
