Help my car feels heavy

Help my car engine feels heavy after 4 rpms the engine feels real heavy and vtech kicks in but late like at 5.5 or 6 rpms sometimes and my check engine oil light hasnt kick light up

diet and excercise are the best way to drop the pounds

unless you have an apexi vafc or some other controller with a diff. vtec engagement setting 5500k sounds about right for that

now are you saying the oil light sometimes comes on or not???

proper maintenance. If you're not having any check engine lights or weird noises, I'd have to say that a good tune-up might be in order. What kind of MPG are you getting? how many miles on the engine/chassis?
